BUSINESS MINI / HEADSHOTS

Our headshots and business mini sessions are short sessions in our studio where you can bring yourself, your staff + a handful of props! Be photographed in our space to get a headshot, top up of content or even some photos to add to your website. Great for those starting out or someone who needs a top up of photos but not necessarily a whole session

  • A short session in our studio where you can bring yourself and up to 2 others + a handful of props! Be photographed in our space and our different “sets”, to get a top up of content or even some photos to add to your website.

    These sessions are strictly held in our studio at Cockatoo Valley

- We can not do business minis at your workplace. Look at once off sessions for this

    Cost : $795 + GST - Paid in full upon booking

    Inclusions :

    30 Minute Session in our studio An online gallery to choose your photos

    30 digital files An option to upgrade to get all digital images for an extra $195

    TIME REQUIRED : 10 minute chat, 30 minute shooting time, 10 minute pack down


    HOW IT WORKS :

    Book in online below, pay full amount to secure the date

    Step 1 : Come to your session.

    • We spend 10 minutes setting up and chatting about your brand and photos

    • Then we get into shooting and spend 30 minutes shooting

    • We then have a 10 minute pack down time to clean up your things to conclude your session

    Step 2 : You book in for a selections appointment to view and purchase your images. We edit and send your photos for your “selections appointment” which is usually 4 weeks after your session

    Step 3 : You choose your 30 images or you can upgrade and buy the whole gallery of images (usually about 60+ images)

  • A short 15 minute session in our studio and up to 1 other person in this time allocation. Be photographed in our studio or outdoors to update your professional headshots. Great for those starting out or someone who needs a single picture for a particular project. 


    These sessions are strictly held in our studio at Cockatoo Valley. We can do headshots at your workplace, however for this you need to look at once off sessions for this

    Cost : $175 + GST - Paid in full upon booking

    Cost per image/s (Paid after viewing them) : 1 photo for $75, 3 photos for $175, 5 photos for $275 - Upgrade to all for $445

    An online gallery to choose and purchase your photos

    No photos included in the $175+GST

    TIME REQUIRED : 10-15 Minute Session, up to 2 people 


    HOW IT WORKS :

    Step 1 : Come to your session.

    Step 2 : You book in for a selections appointment to view and purchase your images. We edit and send your photos for your selections appointment which is usually 4 weeks after your session

    Step 3 : We send your photo gallery on the day of your selections appointment. You choose your images and purchase them online.

    We have multiple options :

    Plain headshot = White background (Sitting, standing or face/shoulders)

    Lifestyle headshot = Relaxed headshot within setting in studio or outdoors

Our once off sessions are the ultimate way to get content for your business / brand. You get access with our photographers for your allocated time to capture whatever you need, whether that is products for your ecommerce store, or photographs of you providing your service. There are no cap on the number of photos you get with these sessions so that is why they are so popular.

Cost :

Quarter Day Session (2 hours) = $1595+GST

Half Day Session (4 hours) = $2495+GST

Full Day Session (6 hours) = $3295+GST

Additional Hours after Full Day = $200+GST per hour

50% paid upfront | 50% paid 2 weeks prior to session date

Inclusions :

Allocated time on site as per booking

Travel within 45 minutes of Cockatoo Valley SA (Reasonable travel fees outside of this - We travel all over AUS)

An online gallery with ALL of the edited digital files from your session (No limit on number of images)

  • These sessions are held at your choice of location whether that is our studio, or your own workplace.. or even an airbnb

    TIME : 2, 4 and 6 hour packages available + additional hours if required


    HOW IT WORKS :

When you are ready and we have chosen a date that works for everyone - we will email you a formal quote, contract and
invoice to sign + book you in our calendar for your chosen time. If you would like to jump on a call we can organise a 15 minute phone call to discuss your session, otherwise we can do the shoot without it

    Step 1 : Decide on your date, accept the quote, pay your 50% deposit + sign the contract



    Step 2 : Have your photoshoot + afterwards you book in for your selections appointment for 4 weeks later.

    Step 3 : We edit and send your photos for your “selections appointment” , ready for you to download in high and social media resolution!

    COST : $1595-3295+GST

Custom Quoted

If you are a brand who needs photos and videos on a recurring basis, get in touch for a custom quote on a retainer with us. We can do weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly frequency for our once off session types.

Cost : Cost depends on frequency and duration of the retainer and the sessions required for your brand. The higher frequency and longer duration of the retainer, the bigger the discount on cost


Inclusions :

Same as the once off sessions above

    Our retainers can be on a 6 or 12 month basis.

    You choose :

Duration of your once off shoot (2,4 or 6 hours)

    Frequency of your shoots (weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly)

    Duration of your retainer (6 or 12 months)


    The process :

    Step 1 : We provide you a quote. If you want to proceed with the quote, we go ahead and send you a formal quote and contract.


    Step 2 :
    Once accepted we set up a recurring invoice and book in all of your sessions for your entire retainer. 

You are required to pay for each session in full 2 weeks before the booked date and must fulfil the entire retainer or cancellation fees apply.

    Step 3 : We do your sessions and send your galleries to you in the agreed time frame

    You get your own personalised gallery where all of your photos go for the duration of your retainer with us

Cost : Price is custom quoted for each brand (Prices can range from $150-1500+ depending on the project and number of videos required)

VIDEO ADD ONS

Add useable footage onto your package to use for socials or your website

We create gorgeous “useable footage” reels for our clients from their sessions to use for social media and/or their website.

These useable footage reels are one continuous reel of video from the time at your session that you can then cut, repurpose and use in many many different formats across your social media, website and ads!

These videos are audio-less so you can add your own royalty free music or music on the social platform you are posting!

Cost : Add $495+GST to each package price

Inclusions :

All useable footage colour corrected and compiled into a continuous footage reel (Unedited) for you to cut and create with as you like

Video only : At this stage we don’t have the capacity to do video only packages however we can focus on video during your session. If you are wanting to have your useable footage video edited with music ready for a project like shown here, please email us for a custom quote.

  • When booking in for a once off session, we will send you a quote. If you would like to add on video, tick the video add on button. This will add the video to your invoice.
 
At your session we will do both photos and videos and will include the useable footage reel without the audio in your gallery as part of your package.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • It is always tricky to tell how much time you will need for your session. Email us and we will do our best with our experience in your niche to estimate how long it will take us. 



    Typically we will not over estimate the time required so that you aren’t paying for time you don’t use. If anything we will be conservative with the time and if required you can always add on more hours.

    Things that impact the time at your sessions are how organised you are and how much help you have. 
For example, if you have a product that you need styled and photographed, we can style it for you - however this styling takes away from your shoot time. So if you hired a stylist to work in conjunction with the photographer, you would likely get double the amount of images. 


    Same thing applies with a service based business, if you have help to mock up all of your services and have a great timeline and plan of the session, we can jump between services and capture more photos. The less set up time during the shoot, the more time we have for taking photos!

  • Yes, we love to travel.

    We will go anywhere in the world (We are based in SA so if you want us to come with you overseas or interstate we usually do you a good deal where if you cover travel we will shoot for free!)

    Otherwise for SA we charge a small travel fee to cover time, petrol and accomodation if required!

  • We travel for free within 45 minutes of our studio based in Cockatoo Valley 

Outside of this we will charge to cover our time, petrol expenses and accomodation if required 

For travel to overseas or interstate destinations, enquire with us as if it is a dream location of ours we will shoot for free if you pay our travel. 

For SA there are some approximate prices below however you need to email us for a quote as it will be always be dependent on our calendar and other external factors

  • User-generated content (UGC) is crafted by digital creators who produce high-quality, strategically designed photos and videos to authentically showcase your product. Unlike typical posts, this content is specifically generated for your use as social proof, bolstering both your organic content strategy and your paid advertising campaigns.

    On the other hand, influencers are selected for their significant followings within your target niche. The primary goal of partnering with an influencer is to tap into their community through shared content about your business, such as photos or videos. This strategy aims to convert their audience into your customers, enhancing your brand's reach and sales potential.

  • Product Based Business :

    #1 tip : Hire a stylist OR attend the session yourself with a spare set of hands to help you style sets 

The more the photographer is required to style the set for each product, the less photos you receive

    Have different props and backdrops ready to go (We do have a selection of some neutral things in the studio but we always recommend to bring your own to make sure that you can be consistent with your branding and colours

    Bring more than you think you need

    Style your products with raw materials, ie. products look great on stone, concrete, with florals or when working with food / skincare - think about the core ingredients of the product (ie. Coconut and Oat.. bring a whole coconut and oats)

    Service Based Business :

    If you are a service based business the best way to get the most photos is to plan your day with a timeline of services and have these services mocked and ready to go. 

ie. A skin care / beauty clinic : You will want to showcase as many services a possible so get an extra couple of pairs of hands to help you set up the rooms for each service. Your photographer can then photograph one room and one service, while you set up the other room for the next one. You can then swap rooms and repeat meaning the photographer can then be shooting the whole time without stopping and waiting! 

The general rule of thumb here for sessions is that you want more sets of hands helping for things to run smoothly than you think! 

Plan ahead and just think - How can we get this running smoothly so the photographer doesn’t have to stop shooting to help style or set up.

  • Not many people LIKE having their photo taken. 

You aren’t alone. We have photographed thousands of people and we are really experienced in helping people feel natural and look their best in front of the camera. Leave it to us and don’t worry - We will always show you the back of our camera to make sure you like how the photos are looking! You can always tell us to take it again if you don’t like it!
